Mr. Selleck has dedicated his career to defending the rights and liberty of people charged in Colorado’s criminal courts. He began his career with the Salida Regional Office of the Colorado State Public Defender, where he handled thousands of cases, including homicides, sex assaults, and other serious felonies.

He entered private practice after six-plus years with the Public Defenders' Office. In both settings, Mr. Selleck won dismissals and 'not guilty' verdicts in cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, and across several different jurisdictions.
Mr. Selleck lives and works in Salida, and is a well-respected litigator in the Salida area, including Canon City and the San Luis Valley. He is a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and the Colorado Bar Association.
